The Marketing Manager’s primary objective will be to enhance and position CrossLead as the foremost leadership and management system of the 21st Century.

The Marketing Manager will be based in Alexandria and be the steward of McChrystal Group’s premier brand internally and externally. This position will oversee communications and PR efforts, and will partner closely with both the CEO and business development team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Oversee and direct the firm’s marketing, branding and public relations efforts at the strategic and tactical levels, which will include strategic planning, creating, implementing and measuring the success of:

As Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers of the CrossLead Platform (C3), a version 1, web-based embodiment of the CrossLead methodology. As such, you will become a solution expert and serve as a key link between engineers, project and product managers, and our clients who use and develop on our platform. You will drive all aspects of successful deployments, from analyzing requirements to assisting with integrations to providing support and training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the negotiation, review, draft, and oversight of all transactional arrangements,
    including inbound and outbound licensing of intellectual property, strategic partnerships, and
    services agreements
  • Primary drafting responsibilities for all related internal and external contracts
  • Interface with and provide guidance to internal functional teams with regard to insider
    trading policy, employment agreements, and the like, as business needs dictate
  • Provide counsel on the legal implications/considerations of business and technical
    strategies and projects
  • Manage and grow the company’s patent portfolio and protect its existing intellectual propertyrights
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and ethical standards that govern
    business activities
  • Help to identify and brief the executive leadership team on potential and actual legal exposures, and take appropriate proactive and remedial measures
  • Engage in pre-trial litigation activities such as fact investigation, and manage outside litigation counsel on a variety of matters including breach of contract, negligence, and IP infringement
  • Assist on other related matters and projects as business needs require

Requirements

  • Three to seven year’s experience in a broad array of commercial law disciplines, including intellectual property
  • Must be qualified to practice in at least one U.S. state, preferably Delaware, and possess a law degree from an ABA accredited tier one law school
  • Prior business or in-house legal experience required
  • Primary corporate drafting experience within a professional services and/or SaaS
    environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a high
    degree of endurance and flexibility
  • Willingness and ability to frequently support requirements outside typical work hours as the needs of the organization require
  • Solid analytical, research, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively, with a focus on innovation
