We are the spark of a generation answering a call to excellence in a fast, fluid, and different world. The battlefield taught us that in this world—in our world—relationships are more important than our rifles; empathy more important than the enemy; leadership more precious than any technology.

We are home now. And the lessons we learned burn within us. Our responsibility—our charge— is to share them. No longer is it enough to make the tired observation that the world is flat, competitive and uncertain. We must now ask how to win in that environment.

CrossLead was forged by a decade of sustained service in counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations.
