Leaders study tactics to keep their team aligned and focused with an effective operating rhythm, sharing the critical information that allows them to adapt quickly and in a coordinated fashion.
SESSION 03: Shape a Healthy Culture - Tuesday, September 21st @ 11:30AM - 1:30PM EDT
Leaders explore how to cultivate healthy empowerment that enables their team to make quick decisions and take action without assuming too much risk.
