Jeff Kotz is a Principal on McChrystal Group Team Science. He enacts agile frameworks to strategic objectives. He develops metrics, being heavily involved in our Organizational Diagnostic, as well as creating the Leader Behavior Diagnostic and the Jobsite Appraisal Metric.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
I was a professor most recently in the Providence College School of Business, teaching statistics, marketing research, Excel, and mentoring student research projects. I taught Public Speaking and Research Methods at Rhode Island College, and four different courses at the University of Connecticut. I worked for two different global market research firms and executed freelance research while in academia.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I had the opportunity to work on a great team and create something new.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
I'm proud every time I get to connect with an individual leader and help them uncover blind spots. Being a change agent for individuals is always and uniquely a special experience.
