Ellen Chapin is a Speechwriter at McChrystal Group, supporting the firm’s founder, Stan McChrystal.
Most recently, Ellen served as a contributor to the U.S. Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center. In the summer of 2017, she served as a Rosenthal Fellow at West Point, researching and publishing on Boko Haram, al-Shabaab, and the Islamic State. She previously spent two years at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, where she assisted with white collar, national security, and fraud cases.
Ellen received a Master of Arts from the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at Yale University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law from the University of Virginia.
