Jason Najjoum is a Senior Associate at McChrystal Group, advising a global energy company on leadership and change management.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Jason spent ten years in the arts & culture space, primarily working in theater production and management. He served as Managing Editor at the Yale Theater Management Knowledge Base, and functioned as a producer, general manager, casting director, and performer in theater and television. In 2011, Jason assisted Producer Ken Davenport in the first-ever crowd-funded Broadway show, Godspell.
Jason earned a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, and interned as a Senior Management Associate for Bridgewater Associates during his summer. He also earned a Master of Fine Arts in Theater Management from the Yale School of Drama. Jason received a Bachelor of Arts in Music and History from Emory University.
