Jeff Bryant


Jeff is a Partner at McChrystal Group, where he leads client engagements and develops new business throughout the Southeast United States.

Most recently, Jeff led a full Teams of Teams operating model implementation with a leading U.S. snack food company. Prior to that, Jeff led McChrystal Group client engagements with a global aerospace and defense company, a global agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology company, a telecommunications conglomerate, a global food manufacturer, and an athletic apparel, footwear, and digital fitness company.

Prior to joining McChrystal Group in January 2015, Jeff was Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and Execution at ScottsMiracle-Gro, the world's largest manufacturer of branded consumer lawn and garden products. In this role, Jeff was responsible for working collaboratively with the firm's Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors to define and align on enterprise strategy. This responsibility included managing the Six Quarter Planning Process for the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that the strategic initiatives had robust, resilient plans along with appropriate levels of funding and human resource deployment to maximize growth.

Jeff’s career at ScottsMiracle-Gro spanned 13 years and also included Strategy Leadership positions in Business Operations, Marketing, Global Technology & Operations, and Global Supply Chain. Jeff also worked for five years on the firm's Lowe’s and Home Depot Business Development Teams and won the coveted Sales Leadership Award in 2004. In his first role at the company, Jeff helped to design, develop, and build their supply chain optimization capabilities through a Manugistics-enabled Consumer-Based Replenishment implementation.

Jeff was also previously a Senior Manager at Accenture, focused on business transformation and systems integration within the technology industry, as well as a Manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in supply chain optimization.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and continued his education with post-graduate work in Operations Research at Loyola University in Baltimore and Business Management at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Jeff is APICS Certified in Integrated Resource Management.

Jeff is an avid outdoorsman and resides in both Charlotte, NC and Alexandria, VA.
