Leah is the Director of Organizational Development at McChrystal Group, where she supports the development of research-based leadership tools and specializes in conducting and applying organizational research to complex environments.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Leah worked at atrain, GmbH in Bamberg, Germany and the Institute for Cross-Cultural Management in Melbourne, FL. At both locations Leah researched, developed, delivered, and evaluated training modules on a variety of topics such as strategic agility and the feedback environment. She also contributed to developing a measure and training for cross-cultural competence at the U.S. Department of Defense joint services school DEOMI located at Patrick Air Force Base in Florida. Among other accomplishments, Leah has created and validated psychometric tests, published articles, and presented at national and international conferences.
Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Music from George Mason University, and holds a Masters of Science and a Doctorate in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. She also studied at the University of Valencia, Spain, where she worked in global teams for six months.
