Pamela Sharma is an Analyst at McChrystal Group currently advising a multinational oil and gas corporation. Previously Pamela interned for the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee minority staff, World Vision’s One Goal Campaign, numerous startups. More recently Pamela worked as a research assistant for Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR).
Pamela began her university career at Oberlin College and Conservatory, majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Theatre. While attending Oberlin, she was a member of the Oberlin Women’s Varsity Soccer team, Oberlin’s Love Your Melon Campus Crew, and the Oberlin theatre community. Following Oberlin, she spent a semester at American University’s Semester in Washington program studying Justice and Law, while interning for the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Crime Scene Division.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in Security Policy from The George Washington University, graduating magna cum laude. At George Washington, Pamela was a member of both Tau Sigma National Academic Honor Society and Sigma Alpha Lambda National Leadership and Honor Society. She was also an active member of the student theatre community, the Disabled Student Services (DSS) student speakers bureau, and hosted both a world news and a popular culture show for George Washington’s radio station, WRGW.
