Ryan Arzamarski is an Associate on McChrystal Group's Discovery team, where he conducts statistical modeling on client organizational performance.
Prior to working at McChrystal Group, Ryan was Director of Analytics at ERm Research in New York City, where he conducted custom research in the entertainment industry. Ryan designed and deployed material testing surveys for film, market-sizing survey research for live entertainment and pricing-model research for the museum industry.
At the University of Connecticut, Ryan earned a PhD in Experimental Psychology and a certificate in quantitative data analysis while studying human perception and coordination. As a graduate student, he taught 3 different courses as Instructor of Record and authored six publications in Tier-1 psychology journals.
