Sebastian Little is an Associate at McChrystal Group, where he functions as an experiential learning designer and facilitator within McChrystal Group’s Leadership Institute. Sebastian focuses on maximizing the learner experience by building practical, tailored solutions that create opportunities for practicing leadership skills and effective teamwork, and driving team cohesion. Previously, he served as a Project Manager for numerous clients across industries, including sports, healthcare, finance, natural resources, and retail. In this role, Sebastian coordinated internal resources, client requirements, and third-party vendors for the execution of programs and events. He also worked on two long-term engagements, advising clients on strategic alignment and decision-making.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Sebastian was a mental performance coach, consulting with various college and high school athletic programs on culture, emotion regulation, and individual and team performance.
Sebastian received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University and has previously held internships with McChrystal Group and the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. Additionally, he served as an ESPN Guest Reporter in 2014 and has been active in multiple communities throughout the state of Connecticut, forming a student-athlete led mentorship program for a local New Haven middle school. He is passionate about leadership, coaching, and all things performance.
