Siddharth (Sidd) Hariharan is an Analyst at McChrystal Group currently advising a multinational healthcare company as it navigates transformation and growth. As a former intern at McChrystal Group, Sidd supported research and development within the Leadership Institute as well as advised a global natural gas company within the energy sector.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Sidd worked as a Research Assistant at Cleveland Clinic. He researched in the Genomic Medicine Institute studying genetic predispositions for Alzheimer’s Disease using CRISPR genome-editing technology. He was also a Research Assistant at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai where he researched in the Friedman Brain Institute, studying the effects of various neural proteins on mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease. As a result of his research, he is a co-author on multiple manuscripts in preprint and under review at high-impact scientific journals.
Sidd received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Chemistry, summa cum laude, and his master’s degree in Bioethics and Medical Humanities from Case Western Reserve University.
