Meet Jenna
Jenna Hasher-Gibson is an Associate on the Implementation team at McChrystal Group.
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE JOINING MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I served as the Assistant Director of Development at Diane and Howard Schilit Hillel at University of Florida, where I led the organization's annual fundraising campaign and drove growth in donor engagement, in addition to partnering with senior leadership on a $10 million capital and endowment campaign.
Before working in the nonprofit space, I supported the planning and execution of corporate events for clients including Dominion Energy, the Virginia Department of Veterans Affairs, and the International Coach Federation.

WHAT SPORT OR HOBBY DO YOU HAVE OUTSIDE OF WORK?
Outside of work, you will most likely find me in a dance studio or at the gym.
WHY ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT TEAMS AND LEADERS?
I've always been drawn to the moments when a leader or team figures out how to work better together, because that's when real change happens. Helping people get there, whether it's clearer communication, better alignment, or just trust, is the work I find most meaningful. Teams that function well don't just perform better; they make each other better.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE BOOKS?
A few of my favorite books include The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry, and Dracula by Bram Stoker.
