Margo Weber is an HR Generalist at McChrystal Group, where she supports the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through performance management and ongoing development. She partners across the firm to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Her work focuses on ensuring HR operations run efficiently while enabling teams and individuals to perform at their best.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Most recently I worked at a fast-growing consumer goods organization where my focus was aligning onboarding content with business goals and strengthening cross-functional partnerships. Prior to that I supported an aerospace & defense Fortune 500's leadership development program, acting as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across multiple business units and helping drive improvements in training, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
As the daughter of a Marine Corps veteran, the idea of a battle-tested business consulting practice fascinated me. Additionally, McChrystal Group's focus on leadership development and team enhancement aligns with my passion for talent development. I wanted to work with the best of the best, and that is MG!
