Meet Stacey

Stacey is the Director of Operations at McChrystal Group. Previously she was the Chief Human Resources Officer, where she was responsible for overseeing McChrystal Group's human resource strategy, services, policies, and programs. Stacey has satisfied the requirements for SHRM-SCP certification as prescribed by the Society for Human Resource Management and is a SHRM-SCP certified human resource professional.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to my role as Chief Human Resources Officer, I have held roles at McChrystal Group within operations and events, as well as Executive Assistant to General McChrystal, Barry Sanders, and Chris Fussell. Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I held various roles at a radiology practice in Tallahassee, FL, including as a Diagnostic Assistant.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

As McChrystal Group’s first employee, helping with establishing the company, it has been wonderful to see how the company has grown and evolved.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?

My proudest moment at McChrystal Group was working with the entire company, probably 10 people total at the time, to execute our first-ever leadership training.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters outside of work exploring the larger DC/VA/MD area.
