Luisa Silva is an Associate on the Analytics Team, supporting all aspects of McChrystal Group’s Diagnostic solutions, from research design through crafting data-driven insights. Luisa works across industries, identifying key trends in workforce performance and strategic execution, translating complex analytics into clear and actionable roadmaps for our clients.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked as a government contractor for the past eight years in environmental science, sustainable energy, data analysis, grant management, and project management.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to strengthen my analytics skills and gain experience in the private sector. I also heard great things about the team here and was excited to work with such talented people.
Why are you passionate about leaders & teams?
I'm passionate about leaders and teams because I believe a team is only as strong as its leader. The right leadership brings people together, creates clarity, and drives performance. I'm inspired by how strong leaders can unlock the full potential of a team.
