Meet Hannah
Hannah Raymond is an Associate within the Academy Team. She is responsible for the coordination and execution of leadership development offerings to allow clients to reach their goals and teams to maximize their performance and potential.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I spent five years as a classroom STEM teacher. I was a member of Teach for America, a national teacher and leadership development organization, and then I transitioned to a technology research and consulting company as a client partner for companies across all sectors of the tech industry.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to be a part of a high-performing, brilliant and diverse team, and the innovative work they are doing. I am grateful to be a part of an organization that is living out its mission each day of partnering with organizations and teams to achieve their goals, navigate their challenges, and reach their full potential.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
When I'm not at work, I try to spend as much time outside as possible - whether it is at the beach, on a run, or in the mountains. I am always trying to take advantage of any opportunity to explore somewhere new!
