Anisha Aggarwal is an Implementation Analyst at McChrystal Group, where she supports client engagements focused on driving organizational adaptability and performance. She brings experience in data science and strategic problem-solving to help teams align around shared objectives and deliver measurable impact.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
I earned my B.S. in Data Science with a minor in Political Science from Boston University, where I led several client-facing, data-driven projects through BU’s SPARK! program. Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked as a Summer Associate at BCG, co-authoring a $160M federal grant proposal and developing adoption strategies for a new procurement platform. I also served as an X-Force Fellow with the U.S. Department of Defense, researching analytics tools to support Army National Guard health initiatives, and interned at the Massachusetts State House.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to combine my technical and interpersonal skills in a high-impact, high-learning environment. I was drawn to McChrystal Group's focus on implementation and its specialization on people and culture—it stood out from other firms and aligned with what I value in consulting.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Cooking, snowboarding, and the gym.
