Meet John
John Sipher is an Associate on the Implementation Team, where he helps clients strengthen leadership systems, improve executive effectiveness, and accelerate organizational performance. He has supported senior leaders across global logistics, luxury retail, investment management, and healthcare technology. His work has focused on helping executives lead their organizations more effectively, improving how teams work together, and translating strategic priorities into consistent action across an organization.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to McChrystal Group, I worked at a boutique consulting firm focused on international development. In this role, I designed a microfinance program in Indonesia, developed a strategy to accelerate green energy adoption in South Asia, and supported a diplomatic roundtable in Bangkok, among other engagements.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to gain expertise in leadership and organizational effectiveness from top leaders in both the public and private sectors.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
After successfully executing a large-scale leadership summit in London that had been requested on short notice.
What has been your most interesting travel spot with a McChrystal Client?
I was fortunate enough to spend a week in Barcelona with a client.
