Linh Nguyen is a Senior Associate on McChrystal Group's Implementation Team, helping clients navigate complex organizational change, supporting engagements across leadership development, organizational diagnostics, and strategic alignment. She focuses on translating insights into action, enabling senior leaders and their teams to operate with greater clarity, alignment, and resilience.

WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE JOINING MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?

Before joining McChrystal Group, I built my career delivering enterprise solutions across government and regulated industries. Most recently, at PwC Singapore's Digital Solutions practice, I led system integration for a national digital trade platform under Singapore's Alliance for Action initiative, connecting banks, logistics operators, and government agencies under a single secure ecosystem. I also managed PwC's RPA pre-sales initiative with Automation Anywhere, which at the time was one of only three exclusive reseller arrangements in Singapore, leading automation strategy and agency-level business development across 160+ government agencies. In parallel, I rebuilt an internal RPA training program that certified PwC consultants and delivered significant cost savings to the team. Prior to PwC, I started my consulting career at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the U.S. Air Force Office of Energy Assurance as they advanced energy resilience across mission-critical Air Force installations. I worked alongside the Department of Defense, military leadership, and private-sector energy firms on microgrid and renewable integration efforts that strengthened operational continuity.

WHY DID YOU JOIN MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?

After years leading complex programs across private and public sectors, I wanted to focus on the human dynamics inside those systems, and to do that with a close-knit team. McChrystal Group's Team of Teams approach drew me in; the supportive culture is real, not just a cliche.
