Meet Cash

As Director of Operations, Cash oversees McChrystal Group’s core business operations and operating rhythm, helping ensure the firm runs effectively day-to-day. Her role spans internal processes, cross-functional initiatives, and workplace operations, with a focus on building the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

Prior to McChrystal Group, Cash worked at Bain & Company across two different offices, building experience in business operations, corporate events, and supporting high-performing teams. Most recently, she focused on executing events across three continents for 13+ clients, managing complex logistics and bringing together people and ideas across a wide range of environments. Throughout Cash's career, she's been drawn to operator-focused roles where she can build strong teams, improve how organizations operate, and solve complex problems. She joins McChrystal Group with excitement to leverage her past experience to support a growing organization.

In this role, she most enjoys the opportunity to solve big, complex problems alongside smart, driven people, which is what she believes makes McChrystal Group such a strong fit. Her proudest moments have come from helping members of the HQ team develop and grow professionally; seeing people take on new challenges, build confidence, expand their capabilities, and progress in their careers has been incredibly rewarding.

Above all else, Cash plays a role in creating an environment where people can thrive. When she isn't working, Cash is an avid traveler and dancer, and enjoys spending time with loved ones. She's passionate about the ability of leaders and teams to create something better together through different perspectives and strengths to solve problems, grow, and accomplish meaningful impact.
