Charles Antelme is a Partner at McChrystal Group, where he advises senior leaders on organizational transformation, strategy execution, and leadership development. Drawing on decades of experience in complex, high-stakes environments, Charles helps executives build adaptable organizations capable of thriving in uncertainty.

Before joining McChrystal Group, Charles held senior leadership roles across multiple sectors. He served as Managing Director for Defence at Mitie Plc, the UK’s largest facilities management and transformation business, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio generating revenues exceeding $700m and delivered strategic M&A and led operational innovation. Previously, he was Managing Partner at Skarbek Associates, leading global strategy implementation and transformation programs for multinational clients.

Charles began his career with an 18-year tenure in the British Army, including service as an SAS officer and command of the Welsh Guards Battle Group in Afghanistan. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (DSO) for leadership on operations in Iraq. Alongside key policy roles, these experiences provided him with unparalleled insight into leading diverse teams under pressure, managing risk, and delivering results in dynamic environments.

In addition to his military and commercial achievements, Charles has worked extensively in the energy and security sectors, including senior roles in oil and gas exploration across East Africa and global security operations. His expertise spans defense, energy, security services, and organizational consulting, making him a trusted advisor to executives navigating transformation and growth.

Charles holds a BA from the University of Exeter and an MA in Defence Studies from King’s College London. He is recognized for his ability to align strategy with execution, foster collaboration across complex stakeholder networks, and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
