Tim Meighan

Tim Meighan is a Partner at McChrystal Group, where he advises senior leaders on strategy, growth, and transformation across corporations, private equity, and the public sector. In his role, he drives revenue generation and cultivates client relationships while ensuring delivery excellence and measurable impact across engagements. He plays a key role in advancing firm leadership and developing talent, while maintaining a focus on operational rigor and financial stewardship. Tim brings more than two decades of experience leading finance, operations, and enterprise‑level initiatives, with a focus on driving value creation and strengthening organizational performance in complex environments.

Tim has deep expertise in operational and financial turnarounds, pre and post‑merger integration, and the design of scalable operating models. He partners with leadership teams to align strategy with execution, establish performance metrics, and drive disciplined decision‑making that delivers measurable outcomes. His work spans a range of industries and government agencies and includes supporting organizations through periods of significant change, growth, ownership, and investment.

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Tim held senior leadership roles at ATAR Capital, Impact Point Co., Abrigo (owned by Carlyle and Accel-KKR), and over a dozen PE sponsor and portfolio companies, leading transformation and value creation efforts across diverse businesses.

Tim began his career at Alvarez & Marsal, where he spent more than a decade leading complex restructuring engagements. Notably, he managed global treasury operations during the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, the largest bankruptcy in history.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgetown University.
