What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked at Gartner, where I advised a portfolio of B2B clients on growth strategy, marketing performance, and retention. I began my career as a high school engineering teacher through Teach For America in Memphis, where I designed multi-course STEM curricula and led district-level initiatives focused on equity, innovation, and post-secondary readiness.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to be part of a smart, kind, and driven team doing work that matters. I was drawn to the chance to help people and organizations tackle real challenges and grow—while learning and growing alongside them.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
When I’m not at work, I’m happiest outside—cycling, hiking, or spending time at the beach with my dog, Tuck. I’m always looking for an excuse to explore somewhere new!
