Sebastian Little is a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group, where he works with leaders and teams to strengthen performance, decision‑making, and alignment in complex environments. His work focuses on identifying and changing the behaviors and beliefs that enable leaders to elevate how their organizations operate—both individually and collectively. He grounds his advisory and coaching approach in Team of Teams® principles, ensuring continuity between executive behavior and broader organizational systems.

Sebastian brings a diverse background spanning executive and performance coaching, program leadership, and facilitation. After beginning his career as an instructional designer and workshop facilitator, he transitioned to full‑time coaching, supporting clients across industries including healthcare, finance, natural resources, retail, and sports. Throughout his work, he is known for helping leaders translate insight into action and build habits that sustain performance over time.

Earlier in his career, Sebastian served as a project manager on long‑term client engagements, where he supported strategic alignment, decision‑making, and cross‑functional coordination. Prior to joining McChrystal Group, he also worked as a mental performance coach with collegiate and high‑school athletic programs, advising on culture, emotion regulation, and team effectiveness.

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University and has prior experience with the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. He is based in New Haven, Connecticut.
