When and where is this program?
Horizon is a hybrid, 12-week cohort-based program. McChrystal Group will host two separate cohorts in 2026. While each cohort delivers identical content, they run independently on different schedules to provide flexibility. Participants will enroll in one cohort only, selecting the option that best fits their availability. Each cohort is limited to 45 seats, and we expect both to fill quickly. In-person sessions will be hosted at McChrystal Group headquarters at 333 N. Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
- Each cohort features:
- A two-day in-person kickoff at McChrystal Group headquarters
- Five virtual sessions held every other Wednesday
- A one-day in-person graduation at McChrystal Group headquarters
- COHORT 2 Important Dates:
- Kickoff: September 9 – 10, 2026 (Alexandria, VA)
- Virtual Sessions: September 23 – November 18, 2026 (biweekly, Wednesdays, 12:00 – 2:00 PM ET)
- Graduation: December 2, 2026

WhAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE FOR THE HORIZON PROGRAM?
The program fee includes all instruction, program materials, and meals during in-person sessions. Travel and lodging are not included.
