Meet Chloe

Chloe Hite is a Senior Associate on the Implementation team and is currently working with a global energy company to improve strategic alignment and operational excellence across dispersed teams.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked as a project manager and business development specialist at LixCap, a Moroccan international development and impact investment consultancy. While completing my Masters in International Relations, I worked as a consultant with the United Nations Capital Development Fund in New York, strategizing how to increase blended finance flows into least-developed countries, and as a summer associate at the Impact Investment Exchange in Singapore. Prior to grad school, I worked as a research assistant and event coordinator at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies and as a research assistant to a Ph.D. candidate in historical economics at Boston University.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

Throughout my career, I have found alignment and engagement to be values essential to spur performance at any organization, and yet they seemed frustratingly elusive to attain and maintain. McChrystal Group presented a unique opportunity for me to work on these challenges I have seen plague many well-meaning initiatives across a range of organizations and sectors alongside a dynamic team of clever, compassionate teammates.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I'm a big hiker and know lots of hidden spots in and around the DMV, especially good places to find a quiet swimming hole or secret waterfall, because I love to swim.
