Meet Jessica
Jessica Grisler is an Associate on McChrystal Group’s Implementation team, where she supports organizations navigating complex challenges and periods of change. She works closely with leaders to diagnose organizational issues, design practical solutions, and support implementation efforts that strengthen collaboration, alignment, and performance across teams.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I served as a Program Manager at the National Criminal Justice Association, where I led national criminal justice initiatives, delivering training, technical assistance, and strategic planning support to state and local justice agencies. Before this, I worked as a consultant for the National Weather Service, focused on enhancing external engagement and advancing emergency management coordination.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group because its Team of Teams approach reflects how I’ve seen complex work succeed across sectors. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with public and nonprofit organizations where progress depended on breaking down silos, building shared understanding, and enabling teams to act together.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in the softball world. I coach at the high school level and with a Virginia national team. I enjoy staying connected to the sport through coaching, competition, and mentoring young athletes.
