Kiefer Bohn is a Senior Associate on the Implementation team, where he partners with clients to drive strategic alignment and operational clarity.
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE JOINING MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked as a federal contractor at the U.S. Department of Energy supporting the Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office, ensuring alignment across five different program offices. Before my time supporting the Department of Energy, I worked in various project management and communications roles at FINRA and Edelman. I began my career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, where I served on USS STERETT (DDG104) as an Anti-Terrorism and Ordnance Officer. My final duty station was at Naval Support Activity Annapolis as a Mission Liaison Officer.
