Shrijana is an Associate at McChrystal Group, where she is currently supporting a multi-year client engagement in the healthcare sector. In this role, she leads the development of planning-related deliverables and provides day-to-day coordination to ensure successful execution. Her work spans project organization, timeline management, and cross-team collaboration, helping clients achieve long-term strategic goals.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I was pursuing graduate studies full-time for my MBA/MA degree through Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. During those two years, I interned as a User Experience (UX) Design Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, leading technological solutions for different congressional offices. Prior to graduate school, I worked full-time for 2.5 years at The Brookings Institution, a think tank located in Washington D.C., managing global and local development projects centered around the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

I joined McChrystal Group because I have always been interested in consulting that works towards positive change and impact. What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to stay active by doing yoga, pilates, and anything fun outside, like hiking and biking.
