Andrew Stephens is a Principal supporting implementation efforts across a wide variety of public and private sector clients. Focused on helping clients resolve complex strategic and organizational problems.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I spent 15 years in the energy and chemical industries. Most recently as a Global Market Development Manager for an international lubricant manufacturer. Prior to that, I held roles ranging from process engineer, crude trading analyst, and sales manager to product line manager in multinational energy companies.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal group to work for a team of intelligent experienced professionals in a challenging and rewarding role dedicated to adding value to their clients.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I enjoy spending as much time as possible outside hiking, skiing, scuba diving, fishing, and running. I love to travel and visit new places, as well as spending time with friends and family.
