The Senior Associate will be a direct contributor within our consulting business, enabling delivery at the highest possible level for our partners and serving as a culture carrier both internally and externally in pursuit of our mission. This role is unique in that we are looking for someone to contribute to our growing emergency management practices via their experience in the space, while also leveraging consulting acumen to deliver across industry on other client engagements as needed.

The Senior Associate is integral in devising solutions to tackle the dynamic challenges of our clients and will lead the development of client presentations, materials, and events using critical thinking and analytical skills and an advanced understanding of McChrystal Group methodology, products, and services. The Senior Associate is expected to develop exceptional working relationships with the client at the appropriate level, manage projects and personnel, and be a positive contributor to McChrystal Group culture who drives communication and innovation throughout the organization. The Implementation Senior Associate will work extensively at client sites and can expect a balance between executing on client-facing teams and contributing to internal functional areas.  

First impressions matter, and we're looking for someone who leaves a lasting one. McChrystal Group is a management consulting firm seeking an Office Coordinator to welcome and facilitate an exceptional experience for all who walk through our doors. This role will serve as the first point of contact at our headquarters, managing the flow of visitors and ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are cared for accurately, promptly, and with a focus on quality. The Office Coordinator will also support multiple Partner calendars and email accounts, furthering our business and the experience of our team.

The Learning Designer will develop learning solutions and experiences based on leading research and best practices. This person will leverage expertise in adult learning theory to curate and construct a curriculum based on the audience level and targeted outcomes. This person will also be responsible for selecting and modifying the existing training curriculum, content, materials, and job aids to meet the learning needs of specific clients against their outlined objectives.

The Learning Designer will lead the architecture of agendas, courses, and programs using a variety of mediums, including in-person sessions, virtual training sessions, and self-paced digital content. They will support sales efforts by participating in sales calls and assisting in drafting proposals. They may also be called on to facilitate sessions and deliver content for in-person sessions and webinars.

Expect that you will be a part of a dynamic, high performing team and have direct engagement with internal and client senior level leaders—from Manager to C-suite—at a regular cadence.
