The Learning Designer will develop learning solutions and experiences based on leading research and best practices. This person will leverage expertise in adult learning theory to curate and construct a curriculum based on the audience level and targeted outcomes. This person will also be responsible for selecting and modifying the existing training curriculum, content, materials, and job aids to meet the learning needs of specific clients against their outlined objectives.

The Learning Designer will lead the architecture of agendas, courses, and programs using a variety of mediums, including in-person sessions, virtual training sessions, and self-paced digital content.
