Before joining McChrystal Group, Jeffery spent several years as a strategy consultant, advising executives in the energy and aerospace and defense sectors on restructuring, acquisition, and divestiture initiatives. Through this work, he developed a strong appreciation for the critical role people, leadership, and organizational systems play in realizing strategic intent—an insight that continues to shape his approach today.
