Chris Fussell is the Vice Chairman of McChrystal Group. Chris has focused on bringing his Special Operations experience and expertise in cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and decision making with large corporations facing similar challenges. He joined McChrystal Group as a Partner in 2012.

Eleanor McDonald is the Head of European Office at McChrystal Group, responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy. Based in McChrystal Group's London Office, Eleanor drives global business development efforts, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and signature. Previously, Eleanor worked in the Implementation team, where she led engagements with several FTSE 100 companies, including a global professional services organization and a world-leading healthcare group.

Morgan Silvers is an Applied Social Scientist specializing in organizational performance analysis, network analysis, employee engagement, and custom research. In her role, she utilizes survey-based research to help clients use data-driven insights to inform organizational planning and decision-making.

David Livingston leads a team of subject matter experts, learning designers, and dynamic facilitators who develop and deliver custom learning courses and programs that leverage a variety of experiential learning methods to drive individual growth and higher performance for teams and organizations.
