Meet Ryan
Ryan Arzamarski is an Applied Social Scientist within the firm’s Team Science division. An expert in research design and presentation, he has conducted statistical and communication network analyses on over 25 clients, spanning 10 industries.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to working at McChrystal Group, I was Director of Analytics at ERm Research in New York City, where I conducted custom research in the entertainment industry. I designed and deployed material testing surveys for film, market-sizing survey research for live entertainment, and pricing-model research for multiple museum venues. At the University of Connecticut, I earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and a certificate in quantitative data analysis while studying human perception and coordination. As a graduate student, I taught three different courses as Instructor of Record and authored six publications in Tier-1 psychology journals.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I love providing data-driven, action-oriented solutions. I saw at McChrystal Group the opportunity to design, implement, analyze, and deliver Diagnostic projects from beginning to end, and to work closely with clients to improve their communication processes and leadership behaviors.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
Convincing several leadership teams, through robust, data-driven analysis, that they need to change the way their organizations operate to better serve their customers and improve their employees’ daily work experience.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I am McChrystal Group’s resident coffee expert and home-cooking enthusiast. I love hosting my teammates at weekend dinner parties.
