Meet Kevin
Kevin Sein is an Associate on the Implementation Team, where he helps clients improve alignment, communication, and decision-making through Organizational Network Analysis and Team of Teams principles. He partners with leaders to diagnose organizational challenges; design tailored interventions and implement solutions that accelerate collaboration and performance across complex systems.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked as a strategy and transformation consultant at ZS Associates, advising F500 clients on organizational design, operating models, and commercial strategy. I also supported federal modernization efforts at CGI Federal, partnering with HHS/CMS on agile product development and user-centered system redesign.
My experience spans enterprise transformation, change management, and cross-functional program execution across both commercial and public sectors. I also completed graduate work at Georgetown University, focusing on international business, policy, and organizational dynamics, all of which strengthened my interest in systems thinking and complex organizational behavior.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to work at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organizational behavior. The Team of Teams philosophy deeply resonated with how I believe organizations should operate, adaptive, transparent, and connected. MG offered the opportunity to embed these principles with clients and work with leaders to learn about resilient, high-performing teams.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
My proudest moment has been supporting the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital project and learning from the incredible leaders and peers on that team. Their example has helped me develop my own leadership style and reinforced the impact of working alongside people who bring out your best.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, I explore museums, jazz bars, and new countries. I enjoy running and photography, especially capturing architecture, skylines, and everyday moments from my travels.
