As Partner and Head of Academy, he leads McChrystal Group’s efforts to equip leaders and teams with the skills, mindset, and capabilities needed to thrive in high-stakes, fast-changing environments.

Kevin brings deep experience building future-ready organizations by aligning leadership development with business priorities. Most recently, he led enterprise-wide learning and executive education initiatives at Anheuser-Busch, where he reimagined global leadership programs, scaled digital learning platforms, and embedded a culture of performance, agility, and innovation across the organization.

Throughout his career, Kevin has worked at the intersection of business strategy and human potential—helping executive teams accelerate capability building, strengthen leadership pipelines, and navigate complex transformation efforts. His expertise spans executive education, high-performing team development, leadership coaching, and content strategy. He’s known for his ability to connect learning outcomes to measurable business results.
