WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE JOINING MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I led Agile software teams enabling digital transformations for Federal and non-profit clients. Each multi-million dollar effort revolved around modernizing legacy systems--both business processes and technology.
WHY DID YOU JOIN MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?
McChrystal Group's goal to make teams work was an excellent match for my interests in Agile, Project Management, and organizational effectiveness. I also saw an opportunity to solve client challenges with talented coworkers.
WHAT SPORT OR HOBBY DO YOU HAVE OUTSIDE OF WORK?
I really enjoy hiking, and I am just as happy taking a long urban walk as heading to the mountains.
