Hillel Schwartz is a Senior Associate at McChrystal Group, where he partners with clients to support cross-functional teams, clarify decision-making rights, align short-term and long-term objectives, and implement strategies that are both actionable and measurable. He collaborates with clients to identify solutions that, when implemented, will create sustainable change and drive organizational success.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I supported business development at a financial consulting firm and gained a new perspective on the marketplace while at the Federal Trade Commission.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

McChrystal Group provides me the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with leaders and experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds including military, business, and thought leadership. This unique combination of experiences drives me to push boundaries and identify innovative and creative ways to create client success.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?

My proudest moment at McChrystal Group has been pushing myself outside of my comfort zone while attending the McChrystal Group Leadership Ventures.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I enjoy spending time outdoors, both at home on the shores of Lake Michigan and in Washington, DC. I’m also always on the lookout for new restaurants to try.
