Meet Daniel

Daniel Falsafi is the lead Audiovisual Production Manager at McChrystal Group. He runs the production for the No Turning Back podcast where he sets up and runs the sound and video equipment for live and recorded events throughout the organization.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

I have worked in various roles in the mental health field, working closely with communities to provide care to those who need it most. I also freelance at my home studio where I provide audio production and engineering services.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

I joined McChrystal group because I saw an opportunity to work with a strong team of leaders where I could learn along the way.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?

It was exciting to be a part of the No Turning Back podcast where we interviewed Rachael Maddow, as I am a huge fan.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I enjoy playing basketball, playing chess, making music, and doing puzzles.
