What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

I joined McChrystal Group in October 2024 as the Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant to both the Commercial and Government Presidents. In March 2025, I transitioned into a client-facing role, where I’ve since contributed to emergency management initiatives and helped lead the coordination and project management of the firm’s internal Chief of Staff retreat. Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked with Leading Challenges, a business consulting firm focused on emotional intelligence, where I managed communications, speaker logistics, and social media engagement to strengthen the firm’s external presence. I also spent a summer in Ireland working at a citizenship application center, where I assisted individuals navigating the immigration system and conducted research on Irish immigration policy.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

I joined McChrystal Group because its mission deeply resonated with my experiences in teams—from sports to family, to friends, to school. I was drawn to its focus on collaboration, growth, and the power of teams, knowing I could contribute meaningfully while making a difference in people’s lives every day.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?

My proudest moment at McChrystal Group was being promoted from Office Coordinator to Implementation Analyst. It meant so much to me because it showed that the people I work with believe in my potential. That recognition has motivated me to show up every day with purpose, grow in my role, and be the best McChrystal Group teammate I can be.

Why are you passionate about leaders & teams?

I’m passionate about leaders and teams because I believe no one should go through life alone. To be the best version of yourself—whether as a person, client, or employee—you need a group to push you. I wouldn’t be who I am without the support of my family, sports teams, workplaces, and friends. Our relationships, built on a shared purpose, are essential to growth and success.
