Alan Susi is a People/HR Leader with over a decade of experience building holistic people strategies that support organizational transformation. Alan is currently the Global Head of Organizational Analytics & People Insights at S&P Global. Since joining S&P in the summer of 2020, Alan has spent time as a People Partner and People Planning leader in the Market Intelligence business with particular focus on supporting the integration of S&P Global’s merger with IHS Markit. Prior to S&P Global, Alan spent nearly 10 years at Fannie Mae in a variety of HR leadership roles and was also Head, Organizational Effectiveness at CFA Institute, a global member organization for investment professionals.

Stephen Mais served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Hubbell Incorporated for over 17 years, retiring in early 2022. In this role, he oversaw HR functions for the enterprise, including Staffing, Compensation, Corporate Communications, Benefits and Labor Relations. During Steve’s tenure, he reported to three different Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officers.

Melissa Hubbard is currently a Technical Specialist with Microsoft and is a former Microsoft MVP in the categories of Business Applications and Office Apps & Services. She is focused on helping organizations adopt technology to drive productivity in the modern workplace while also fostering a positive employee experience. Melissa is a passionate storyteller and is the author of Mastering Microsoft Teams; a guide to using, governing, and driving user adoption of Microsoft Teams.

Jeff Kotz is the Director of Global Partnerships for Enterprise Solutions where he works with clients and Microsoft to create solutions, particularly around the Viva suite. He coordinates with business units to create digital transformation around employee experience and data-driven insights.
