Meet Morgan
Morgan Silvers is an Applied Social Scientist specializing in organizational performance analysis, network analysis, employee engagement, and custom research. In her role, she utilizes survey-based research to help clients use data-driven insights to inform organizational planning and decision-making.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to McChrystal Group, I worked as a Research Associate at the U.S. Sentencing Commission, where I analyzed qualitative and quantitative data for monitoring applications of federal sentencing guidelines. Before working in the government, I worked as an HR Metrics Analyst at George Mason University, where I analyzed engagement survey results and retention and promotion data and presented findings to decision-making committees.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group because I was excited by the opportunity to use data analytics to help companies achieve tangible business results. McChrystal Group is also one of the few companies applying Network Analysis to the business world, so being on the cutting edge of that field was a draw.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
My proudest moment at McChrystal Group was developing an entirely new type of engagement survey and conducting the validation study. I was so excited when the data showed a strong link between our engagement survey results and employees’ intentions to quit because that means the results have direct implications for clients’ business outcomes.
