David Grigsby serves as a Microsoft Specialist working with various government agencies to help drive digital transformations, migrations, and identifying pain points to help automate.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked at a large midstream natural gas company in Oklahoma. In this role I leveraged the Microsoft Power Platform to create versatile applications and automations to create a more in sync, productive company.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

Since I began my career consulting has always been a dream of mine. The idea of not only working with clients face to face, but also utilizing technical skills creates an exciting work environment for myself. McChrystal Group gave me the opportunity to play every hat I want in the workspace while also pushing my development in leadership, shared consciousness, and career overall.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?

My proudest moment was when we officially assisted in the migration of a large government agency from Google to Microsoft. This can be a stressful time for clients, but we were able to ease this stress and ensure success.

What is a hidden talent of yours?

I can shoot a rifle and hit a target at 4-500 yards (unless it's really windy)
