What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
I have a background in education and technology, and most recently served as an instructional designer for online courses, partnering with faculty in professional programs such as business, law, and education. In addition to course design, I developed educational technology trainings to support colleagues and K-12 educators during the pandemic. Previously, I worked for the Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University supporting career development and admissions recruitment efforts for this community. There I received career coaching certifications for private and government roles. I was privileged to support the veteran and military-connected community at Georgetown and serve as an ally.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I was drawn to McChrystal Group because of its mission and commitment to adapting during COVID-19 to support clients and learning outcomes. Working at the nexus of learning and technology, I recognize the opportunity to create great value when the two are in sync.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
In my first week, I began designing a leadership program for an international client in a hybrid format. McChrystal Group provides an incredible launch pad to jump in, and I feel that I can learn and add value simultaneously.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I enjoy using my Peloton and walking around the DMV with my Goldendoodles.
